The FdSc Leadership Principles in Health & Social Care is
designed to reflect the evolving needs of the sector,
helping you progress in leadership or management roles.
This employability-focused program addresses the current
and future demands of the Health and Social Care sector,
both locally in the North East of England and beyond.

Applicants Must be Aged 18+ and:
1. Have a Level 3 qualification (equivalent to either 60 credits or 80 UCAS tariff points).
2. Have the following English and Maths qualification: GCSE grade 4/C or CEFR B1.
3. Be assessed via an interview for listening, speaking, and writing.

Applicants Aged 21+:
1. We welcome applications from students 21+ who do not match the standard entry requirements but who can demonstrate willingness and commitment to studying this subject, and who can evidence academic, professional or vocational experience in a related field.
