The BSc Construction Management is an internationally recognised degree, awarded by the University of Roehampton, London and delivered by UHE UK in London.

You’ll study construction project management, planning, construction technology, health and safety, quality management, and sustainable construction, while gaining experience with industry-standard digital tools, including Building Information Modelling (BIM), CAD, and project management software.

Through real-world projects and industry-focused learning, you’ll graduate ready for careers in construction management, site management, project planning, and quality assurance across the construction and infrastructure sectors.

The Integrated Foundation Year enables you to bridge the gap between your current academic level, and degree study. You will study a mix of academic and business modules designed to prepare you for your degree, including communication skills, core business concepts, and understanding how organisations operate. You will also develop practical skills in research, data analysis, and critical thinking, helping you build confidence for your future studies and career.

Through hybrid learning on campus and online, you have flexibility to study around your commitments.

The Integrated Foundation is applicable for UK-based students only. You are classed as UK-based if you:

  • have eligible immigration status or Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)

BSc (Hons) Construction Management with Foundation Year is offered by University of Roehampton in partnership with UHE. Students can choose from flexible class schedules such as Weekend, Evening, allowing them to balance education with other commitments. Spotlight English Test

All four skills are assessed: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking

Exemptions

You may be exempt from the test if you hold one of the following qualifications (awarded within the last 5 years):

  • GCSE English – Grade 4 or above
  • Functional Skills Level 2
  • Recognised English scores from your home country qualifications, such as:
  1. Ukrainian Atestat – English Grade 6 or higher
  2. Italian Maturità – English Grade 7 or higher
  3. Polish Matura – 60% or higher in Basic English

Flexible Blended Learning Timetable

The University of Roehampton offers a blended learning format designed to support students who require flexibility without compromising academic quality. This delivery model is ideal for those balancing work, family, or other commitments.

Timetable

  • Mondays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Online)
  • 2 Tuesdays per month: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (On-campus)
  • 2 Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-campus)

This hybrid timetable enables students to benefit from both the flexibility of online study and the richness of face-to-face academic engagement.
